Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

FW Valeting is committed to providing a clear and transparent booking system for our customers. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling to ensure fairness for both parties.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit.

Cancellations

Customer Cancellations

  1. 48 Hours’ Notice or More:

    • Customers can reschedule their appointment without losing their deposit.

  2. 24 to 48 Hours’ Notice:

    • Deposits are forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

  3. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:

    • 50% of the total booking amount will be due. If the deposit paid is less than this amount, the customer will be invoiced for the difference.

FW Valeting Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that FW Valeting cancels a booking, customers will receive either:

    • A full refund of their deposit.

    • The option to reschedule without penalty.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds will only be issued if:

    • Services cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances caused by FW Valeting.

    • Significant dissatisfaction with service quality is reported immediately, and FW Valeting agrees a refund is justified after inspection.

  2. Ineligible Refund Requests:

    • Pre-existing damage or stains disclosed as irreparable.

    • Failure to provide access to the vehicle or meet pre-service requirements.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may reschedule their appointments once without penalty, provided they give at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may incur an additional fee or require a new deposit.

Adverse Weather

  • For mobile services, if adverse weather prevents FW Valeting from performing the booked service, we will notify you promptly and reschedule your appointment without penalty.
